What breaks cross-border programs

What breaks cross-border programs.

Fragmented vendors, no single accountable operator.

Suppliers chosen by quote — not by validated capability.

Logistics disconnected from sourcing decisions.

Compliance and documentation handled reactively.

No visibility into landed cost, yield, or supplier performance.

No structure to scale beyond the first successful order.

Frequently asked

What operators ask before kickoff.

Is INKEIROS a freight forwarder or customs broker?

No. INKEIROS is a cross-border operating platform. We architect and run end-to-end supply chains — sourcing, supplier validation, QA/QC, compliance, subassembly in Mexico, and commercial deployment — and coordinate licensed freight forwarders and customs brokers as part of the program. We are independent of them.

Which countries does INKEIROS cover?

Origins: China, Vietnam, Taiwan, Korea, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Turkey. Destinations: Mexico, United States, and Latin America (Colombia, Chile, Peru, Brazil and more).

Do you handle regulated categories — COFEPRIS, FDA, NOM, CE, UL?

Yes. We map the regulatory pathway in your destination market (COFEPRIS, FDA, INVIMA, NOM, UL, CE, RoHS, REACH, USMCA rules of origin), build the supplier-side technical dossier, and coordinate with accredited labs and your regulatory representative.

What is the minimum project size to engage INKEIROS?

No fixed minimum. Engagements typically start at multi-container or multi-SKU programs where the cost of getting it wrong is material.

How fast does INKEIROS respond?

Inquiries at hola@inkeiros.com or via the contact form are reviewed within one business day. A strategic assessment call is typically scheduled within 48 hours.

What does subassembly in Mexico include?

Light assembly, kitting and re-packaging, labeling and relabeling, configuration to order, and quality finishing — operated from Guadalajara. For USMCA-qualifying transformation, local customization, or finishing components imported from Asia and Europe.

What languages does INKEIROS operate in?

Operations are native in English, Spanish, and Chinese. We also support French and Italian. Our hubs in Guadalajara, Foshan, and Bogotá run in their local languages plus English.

What does the first conversation look like?

A 30 to 45-minute strategic assessment. We map your category, target landed cost, regulatory boundaries, and risk profile, and we tell you in writing what is sourceable, where, at what cost, within what window — before any commercial engagement.
